PurrJung · An OpenJung project
Our vision
PurrJung began with OpenJung. OpenJung helps people get to know themselves through playful personality quizzes; PurrJung brings the same fun to cats. Answer 16 everyday questions and you get a portrait of your cat. We hope the fun goes further than sharing a result: that more people care well for their cats, and that more cats and small animals live well.

Start with a playful portrait
Getting to know a cat starts with curiosity. The quiz is not a diagnosis. It asks when your cat comes close, how it plays and where it rests. The more you notice, the easier it is to see what it needs.
-

Care for cats responsibly
A cat is a commitment of ten years or more. We hope everyone thinking about a cat first considers time, space, cost, and what happens when they move, have a baby or get sick. If you already live with a cat, care for the one in front of you, ask for help when things get hard, and do not abandon it.
-

Let cats and small animals live well
Further ahead, we hope community cats are neutered and looked after, that fewer animals are abandoned, and that the welfare of cats and other small animals is taken seriously, so they can share a city with people in peace.
